Payments, Shipping & Returns
German buyers can pay by Visa or Mastercard. Orders ship from Poland and reach Germany in 2-5 days. Shopping carts over €9.99 are charged €0.01 for delivery (which is literally free); smaller orders cost €3.99.
As for returns, a standard 14-day window applies. You can send unused items for a refund; postage costs will be on your side (unless the product arrives faulty).
Our Test Order & Experience
We ordered 3 items to a Berlin address:

On pick-up, we noted neat and secure packaging. At home, we confirmed that every item’s batch code matched a COA on the site.
Oil
Oil has a mild hemp taste, and it’s easy to measure the recommended 25 mg dose with a marked dropper. Its potency is right in the middle – easier than 20%, but stronger than 10%. We tried it in the evenings and never woke up feeling heavy the next morning.
Capsules
25 mg softgels were convenient for daily use. You only need 1-2 capsules per day, which is good for morning and evening intake (and we liked it on workdays). Note that these supplements contain gelatin – for vegans, there are alternatives at Reakiro.
Spray
The spray has distinctive apple notes that hide the hemp profile. It’s THC-free, and it works good for micro-dosing throughout the day. The CBD content per serving is ~6.7 mg, so 2-3 sprays match a light capsule dose.
Verdict on Reakiro
Those who care about lab testing results will appreciate Reakiro’s offering. The pricing is in line with the market, and shipping is way more affordable than with other brands. Due to popularity, many items get out of stock soon, so you’ve got to be quick. Also, payment options felt somewhat limited – we didn’t see options like Klarna or PayPal.

Final Notes
